Client Acquisition Officer

Full time or Part time

The Client Acquisition Officer is responsible for finding and developing new leads for potential new accounts on LinkedIn and Upwork, connecting with prospective clients by phone or email, engaging with them to maximize sales, and focusing on building long-term business relationships. 

About the role

Prospecting and Lead Generation

• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

• Generate a steady flow of qualified leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Excellent navigation skills in Upwork and LinkedIn as client-getting platforms.

Client Engagement

• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services.

Sales Negotiation

• Develop and present tailored solutions to meet client needs and objectives.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

• Anticipate client needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Research

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

• Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and achievements.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts and achieve sales targets.

• Share insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition, with at least 2 years of experience.

• Strong understanding of the VA Industry and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
