Sales Negotiation
• Develop and present tailored solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
• Anticipate client needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
• Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and achievements.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the VA Industry and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
